We've created a Gallery where Cakenote users can share their cake designs for the world to see.

The gallery can be found at the following link...
https://app.cakenote.com/gallery

You can also get there by clicking on the Gallery menu item in Cakenote.

To share a Design to the Gallery, you will first need to create your design and save it. Once saved, you need to go to the View Design page. On the View Design page you will see a button that looks like this...

After clicking on this button, you will see a pop up window where you can enter a Name, select a Category and add some Tags so that people can find your Design a little easier on the Gallery.

Once you submit your design to the Gallery, it will need to be approved by Cakenote admin. If approved you will see your design on the Gallery. You will be notified if your design is approved or not.

After sharing the Design to the Gallery, it will not be linked to the Design anymore. Make sure the Name, Category and Tags are set properly as you cannot change those details after sharing. If you wish to make changes to your shared Design, you will need to contact us.

On the Gallery, you will see the same Category and Tag filter panels as you do in most data lists in Cakenote. You can use these to filter the Gallery by category or tags that users have used for their designs.

You can also favourite designs by clicking on the heart icon in the top right corner of each gallery item. You can view all your favourites by clicking on the 'Favourites' item in the Category panel.

You can also sort the entire gallery by Likes (favourites).
